Who We Are

Then the unimaginable happened. I started having major heart problems. I had already been in alot of pain after every show, at practice i would be drenched in sweat, and the doctors couldn't find a reason for all of this! I had to call Emergenza and tell them we couldn't do the tour. They replied," what do you need? A drummer?, etc., We'll hire a band for you." I was floored, but i had to tell them it was me. So there came the next section of my story.

I said to myself, nothing is going to stop me from making my music. By a strange coincidence, i happened upon the ASCAP Festival at the Rennaissance Hotel in Hollywood, ca. i just happened to be there on some other business, and i figured, heck, why not? I paid the money, and the first booth i hit was the Roland booth where i ws immediately drawn to the Roland mv8800. It was everything i needed! i could record live instruments directly into the machine, use the pre programmed sounds for the rest of the song, and it has it's own DAW that is very user friendly. my next purchase was Prepellerheads Reason, and a 49 key M-AUDIO. Within a month i had set up a myspace site, and releasd my first ep with about 6 songs on it.

Before i could even think, i was getting responses from people all over the world from Sacramento, New Jersey, England, etc. with people wanting my beats. Now, not really being a Hip Hop musician, but definately not unfamiliar with it, i thought, well, let me take these beats to the streets where there are really hungry musicians out there that are relying on using other peoples already used beats on mix tapes.

That is where i met some rappers and got a call the same night. The next night i was introduced to a WU TANG CLAN affilliate, and from there the rest is history. I had the great opportunity to work with many WU TANG members and affiliates, and i learned alot about the music business. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO GZA, PRODIGAL SUNN, KILLAH PRIEST, YOUNG MASTA, 12 0 CLOCK, 60 SECOND ASSASSIN,AND OF COURSE THE REST OF THE WU TANG CLAN! HI TICAL!

I have a very special love in my heart for all of them! 

Now i have also been working with Kareem lewis who has hooked me up with some really great talent such as FABIAN PERRY, RICK VEGA, PAPER CHASE, and many others. Too many to mention. I have also been working with some really young talent, as well as talent all the way from Ghana Africa.
